Health & Physical Education Studies (Years 1-6)

Health and Physical education provides the basis for developing knowledge, understanding and skills for students to lead healthy, safe, and active lifestyles.

Students participate in two weekly physical education sessions where they focus on developing their fundamental movement skills and partake in active play and games.

Students also participate in one weekly session focusing on Health and developing healthy practices. These practices include: safety, mental health and wellbeing, social skills, food and nutrition and much more.
